Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
